From a Trade perspective it is a nightmare, they charge a diffrent price every time you go in there, if you make a complaint they disagree and tell you that you are wrong! And complaining to HQ is also a nightmare as they never follow up to see if it was resolved.

So disappointed with the customer service! I brought tiles and adhesive. Trusted what the sales man told me and how much adhesive I would need. Ended up with 10 bags left after the floor was laid so very much over sold! Went back to get a refund and was told I was 1day over return time. Phoned head office who didn?t care and was not interested. What a waste of product that is no good to me which they could have just resold. Once they have your money they don?t care. I will never use them again!

Very well customer service, well greeted, helped a lot! And a wide range of products too, they even put everything in my car and didn't allow me to pick anything up myself which I found really kind. Thank you!

Very disappointed . The tiles i wanted were displayed only to be told they have disconituned so i ordered the other ones. When i went to.pick them up was told it would take another week for them to come. So cancelled. Dont tell customers lies i pay for a builder who cost money. Not very happy

Worst customer service. Had same set of tiles delivered three times..all either broken on delivery or wrong tiles. I have sent several emails with no reply. I have called the online number given to me by the store as both apparently are not connected and the member of staff assured me they would resolve? and my tiles would be resent.. three days later I still wait for some form of reply. I have had to pay a tiler on three occasions a day rate which they where unable to complete anything due to incorrect or broken tiles. Terrible customer service and complete disregard for the customer. No effort to help resolve situation. Continually passing the buck to someone else with no outcome. Poor poor poor service. Disappointed and disgusted.

Avoid like the plague! Incredibly bad service received related to a return from the Manager Nadim and his staff. First they delivered a pack of the wrong tiles and did swap to the correct ones - so that bit is why they even get a star. Subsequently we wanted to return a box of unused tiles completely within the terms which states returns are within 28 days, in their box, in original condition and less than 10% of sale. We have spent 1000's in this store and won't spend another penny. Dealing with Josh, Moosa and Asif at head office was no better - they're well trained in delay tactics. Escalation to the Director Ismail as this case clearly brakes the law designed to protect the consumer.

If I could give 0 stars I would.I placed an order for 2 dozen samples over 3 weeks ago now. The website was very slow and hard to navigate. I got a confirmation email (in my junk folder which I didn?t see until many days later because it?s not searchable under ?al murad? yet instead ?sales?, how generic), saying that the order would be in store to collect within 3-5 working days- I would have opted for delivery but al murad were charging £35 for this. How is it that all other tile shops I have ordered from have free or very minimal delivery costs?! Note, because the email went into junk and was not searchable under ?al murad? I didn?t think the order went through and duplicated the order a few days later, spending another £30 something pounds. Payment was taken on both occasions.Anyways 3 weeks later, many emails and communication with the branch and nothing. It?s always me chasing them. The staff at the Slough branch are very unhelpful and say they have nothing to do with the sales team and basically refuse to be of any help. The sales team don?t answer the phone or respond to messages. We were in a rush to get tiles because we are waiting to move into a new house and this is the worst service I have every received.AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Went with tile mountain in the end and very happy- great selection and so professional and efficient with delivery- received my order within 2 days!
