Rude, unprofessional and a sincere disappointment.
I simply went to get a house key to be cut and was met with a disinterested employee who didn?t even get off his stool to serve. He said, ?9 quid and 20 minutes? and nothing else.
I took my key and said no thank you. I?ll never use Timpson?s ever again and I?d advise you all to do the same.

£40 for 4 little garage keys and a patio key. Receipt says 1 x mortice and cylinder. Some strange con going on there. Get a quote first and don't trust the smiles.

I just wanted to post a great review for Jamie at timpsons. I had an issue that Jamie helped to solve, he went above and beyond the call of duty. He went so far as to give me his private number and offer advice out of work hours. He also shut up shop for a while to come to me to try and solve the issue. This has now been sorted, which wasn't timpsons, or Jamie's doing. It was just something that coincidentally occurred just after having a vehicle key cut. Brilliant customer service. Thank you

Wanted to get a key cut multiple times. Knew exactly what I wanted and told me how long it would be. 10 minutes for 2 keys cut and £15. Very quick, easy and efficient

After mysteriously losing the rubber heel to my shoe, I approached Timpsons in Camberley Tesco to have it repaired. I stupidly asked the gentleman to only repair one heel but very quickly realised that would make little sense as there is a potential the new one would be slightly taller than the other. Thankfully, down to good customer service, both heels were fantastically repaired in good timing at an affordable price.

Needed a new transit van key as the battery has stopped working, they sorted it very efficiently.A while later the key broke, but no fuss repair so really have to offer full praise and highly recommendThank you

Helpful staff. Provided advice regarding putting a battery in my watch which unfortunately they were not able to do. Not their fault as took my watch to a jewelers and they couldn't do it either.
