Rude, unprofessional and a sincere disappointment.
I simply went to get a house key to be cut and was met with a disinterested employee who didn’t even get off his stool to serve. He said, ‘9 quid and 20 minutes’ and nothing else.
I took my key and said no thank you. I’ll never use Timpson’s ever again...
