Impressed with help at self service till recently. Nice chap saw I was struggling, helped me scan, and packed my shopping trolley with courtesy and kindness. Helped this senior's day. Thank you old fashioned customer service

This is not a dig at this store but at Tesco as a whole.
I am putting the review here as one of a number of Tesco stores I used to use.
I used to do my monthly shop with Tesco and would spend on average £250 to £300 a month.
I would then use several stores while at work to get brew kit for work and the odd meal deal.
So about another £100 a month.
On top of that I would buy about £150 to £200 a month on Lego with the deals that Tesco would have.
All my clubcard points would also be spent on Lego.
Then about 6 months ago Tesco handed over their toy section to Entertainer. The worst toy shop ever who do not sell Lego.
So since then how much have I spent with Lego?.
Less than £50 in those 6 months. How many others have done the same I wonder?.

For this huge person with a green eye who works in security. It is supposed to be given safety instead of intimidating them in this way and these frightening looks like the animal. I was panic in your way, followed by people and pursued you. A very bad experience literally for this place

Amazing store and we have never had a issue however the lay out is very and odd annoying

This store is well run and is unbelievably busy and with this come occasional issues.
The team on the customer Service desk are outstanding and need to be recognised , Michelle , Sam , Fiona ... you make the difference Great customer Service

Ordered an online delivery for 21st December which comes out of the Sandhurst store. The order included a festive special order which had a minimum use by date of 25/12/24. It arrived with a sell by date of 24/12/24 - no use to me whatsoever! Made a call to customer services who in turn said all they could do was refund the money for the item admitting the product was not acceptable. I then requested to speak to the manager of the store - apparently, the customer services who person tried phoning the store to connect me then came back to me stating the store manager was refusing to speak to me on the grounds he/she was far too busy! Rude and not acceptable. I will go into the store after Christmas and demand to speak to the uncaring unhelpful manager. However for now, my guests will not be having a starter on Christmas day.

I placed a Whoosh order at 6 PM that was supposed to arrive between 6:25 PM and 7:25 PM. Almost two hours later, my order still hadn?t even been packed. When I called customer service, the representative told me she had no idea when it would be delivered, as there were no available drivers. I was counting on this delivery for my children's dinner. I don?t understand why Tesco offers a service that they cannot fulfil. This is UNACCEPTABLE !!!!

Cafe is great but I was a bit disappointed to be asked in the cafe to better control my extremely autistic son as ?other customers don?t like it?. I mean I get it, but I?ve come here dozens of times and it hasn?t come up once, and believe me as a parent of a child who has occasional meltdowns, I am attuned to the reactions of others. Now unfortunately I?ve got to add this place - which he loves, and is one of the few places he likes to eat - to the list of places where neither he nor I feels comfortable.
