I?m on a lot of medications my daughter went to collect my prescription and they only gave her 1 box of antibiotics. I have run out of my other meds that are important for my health and it was prescribed before the antibiotics and was not given to her, I have had it with them. It has happened more than once. This creates so much anxiety for me. I will be changing pharmacy.

It takes ages to get a prescription of generic blood pressure meds ready, they're quite rude over the phone, if you're lucky enough to have someone answer it. Such a disgrace, I had to change to another provider, these people are working is Tesco mode...Shame

1 star is being generous I would give 0 if I could. One of the pharmacist there was easily the most unhelpful and rude person I have ever met. I went in for an emergency prescription and he just made it difficult for me to the point I had to actually walk away and am still left with out them! Will never use them again even if they are the only pharmacy open.

I have tried to phone tesco pharmacy on a number of times and each time they have not answered the phone the reason I have tried to contact them is requested a prescription from my gp who sent it tescos on the 18th of August tesco received it on Monday the 19th it is now the 24th of August and I have not received a text to say its ready this has happened on a number of occasions

I had visited Tesco pharmacy meadows, and my visit was nothing short of exceptional, from the moment I met Lavleen .R was greeted warmly and felt at ease when she diagnosed my throat, she immediately knew it was a fungal infection and advised me to see a doctor which I did and got the correct treatment.
Lavleen .R is an asset to the pharmacy at Tesco meadows Camberley as she took her time and went above and beyond her duties to help me and make the entire experience a memorable one .

Tesco pharmacy is wonderful from the Pharmacist down to the girls who work as assistants especially Janet and Zoe.Janet spoke to me regarding my eyes my optician had sold me gel for night and drops during the day I went in desperation to Janet and she told me exactly how to use both medications within 4 days my eyes had improved I cannot thank you enough.

After having poor service at Sainbury Pharmacy, I headed immediatley to Tesco and spoke to a gentlemen called "Reece". Not only was he very knowledeable, he provided a 10/10 service and i left the store with the medication I needed. Reece is an asset to Tesco Pharmacy.

I have been using the Tesco Meadows Pharmacy since 2012. The staff have always been polite, helpful and efficient. Prescriptions sent through from my surgery are ready within a few working hours and they send a text to let you know it is ready.
