Mail often is not delivered for weeks and I get close to 50 letters and parcels in one go. Serious operational issues. Missed multiple guaranteed delivery times. Absolutely a shamble of a service

Received a text on Friday to say that my 24 hour priority delivery would arrive by 3pm on Saturday. Never happened?. They rarely answer the phone between 8 and 10?. Poor doesn?t even come close.

So many texts in the past year from Royal Mail stating tracked parcel ?will be delivered today? with a time slot yet never backed up with a delivery. If you have the 3 spare hours necessary to actually get through to them they never have knowledge of the item. Why doesn?t anyone of them have an ounce of responsibility or pride in their job?! Worst Royal Mail unit by a mile.

A signed for delivery should not be left on a doorstep. This was done today and a "proof of delivery" picture taken, but no-one was in. The item has now been stollen. Brilliant.

Useless. To call themselves Royal is a joke. Was waiting in for a parcel to be delivered but 'delivery couldn't be attempted' after the 3 hour window passed.

Item was supposed to be delivered 3rd December via 48hr tracked service. Get an email 11th to say come collect it, citing Delivery was "not attempted" on 3rd.... I was away until 13th but strike action 14th & 15th meant I had to go today to collect it. They cannot find it.... I ask what to do and was told it will either be delivered or not... thanks RM for ruining my daughters surprise Christmas gifts to her teachers, she cried all the way to school. I hope you're proud of yourselves. The poor postie I have every sympathy for, he was excellent, but the system is broken and self imploding.

I wasn't in for my tracked parcel. They left a note with all the details on and the tracking number isn't clear so I couldn't track it on the website. Just to be extra helpful they didn't mark the box with what they would do with it. Now I don't know if they will they try to re deliver or I have to go and get it. Just do your job!!

8.00-10.00 silly opening times so organised another delivery slot as suggested on the ?sorry we missed you card?. It didn?t turn up and, when I eventually managed to get to the Sandhurst delivery office during their small window opening time, they knew nothing about it. Rubbish service all round!

Moved to the area recently and the postal service is making me seriously consider somewhere else, in 3 months I?ve had post delivered 4/5 times, including redirected post that all came at once (over two months worth!). Never had this problem before, don?t understand how it?s acceptable, no point ever bothering with 24/48 hour postage as they will decide when you get it. Joke.

Worst service I have ever had to deal with you better hope your packages aren?t being delivered by these people because you won?t ever see it on time if you even see it and then you have to go collect it and their building is only open 8am to 10am in short don?t bother with this building and especially with their staff
