Nice clean Greggs. Must time it well as everytime I?ve been, the food is always hot. Also plus points for staff, as they had a tricky customer in front of me, they dealt with them in such a good way. Also loads of seating inside.

I order breakfast bacon baguette and coffee . Great value. Unfortunately the baguette did not seemed cooked it not even brown let alone crispy.
I took it back to counter and the girl was pleasant and changed it for a crispy baguette.
Brilliant i thought until i saw the bacon in the baguette it had cleary been sitting in bain-marie for sometime.
So for the second time i took it back. The girl tried to say it was freshly done i wish i took a photo to prove how old the bacon looked
I had to say the the server it must have been in bain maire for sometime. And it could be potentially dangerous to serve such food.
It was the smirk and laugh that got me more to rhe point of writing this review.
Very disappointed that customers health could be put at risk .
The shop was extremely busy so there was a good turn over of food.
Greggs area manager may need to address training needs of staff

What has happened to the staff here!? Long queues only one person serving and I don't think the term service with a smile has been heard of! It's a shame as it used to be a really good Greggs.

Always priories online orders before actual customers waiting to be served. Cue can go out the door at times with 1 person serving, whilst all others are running about the shop completing online orders ready for collections.

Vegetarian options: There are some bakes and pastries that are vegetarian/vegan but limited sandwiches.
Dietary restrictions: Don?t try for a GF meal but the soup is nice in a pinch. Most other restrictions are fine
Parking: Can be difficult at times but all depending on how busy area is and size of your car
Kid-friendliness: The kids menu is good, it?s good for kids and not bad value for the grown ups
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, wheelchair accessible and there is an accessible toilet

Had a nice breakfast roll at this place, bacon, egg, sausage and hash browns. I was served by Jacob who was very friendly and very helpful, even Brought our food to our table for us when it was ready. Because it was a bit late he gave is two free coffee vouchers which was very nice of him. The food was fantastic and the service was outstanding, I for one would highly recommend this place to all and Iook forward to returning here in the future, keep up the good work. Fantastic place.

I took my porridge back to the lady at the counter as it was like a drink,o did ask for it to be made with water,but ot was over filled ,she wouldn't change it.
