Ordered online. Email confirmation that order accepted and delivery was confirmed between 4 and 6pm. I rang several times even after a delivery driver came with an order for a completely different name. He took it back to the store and told them that it was the wrong one. I rang 30 times (as per my phone records) - no answer), left 2 messages. Got through eventually andI was told at 6pm that a new driver would deliver but not until much later. It never turned up! I've asked for a refund via customer service on line. I'm never using the online service again!

I have received an Uber eats delivery from the Coop in Owlsmoor. The milk I have purchased is 5 days out of date!! This is horrendous. After working for coop, I know there are 2 sets of reductions daily. So this has been missed on at least 10 occasions. Picture for reference. This needs addressing and it's a good thing my son hasn't consumed any of it!

Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful.The shop fails to mark down prices when appropriate, customer service within the shop is shocking ! Rude incompetent staff and the shop floor is filthy. The unnecessary noise the staff make out back of the shop is against community standards !

If I could choose negative stars then I would!The post office worker Maddie treated me in the most disgusting manner today. I was returning an Amazon package and assumed (like all the other places I have returned them to) would have the bags with barcodes to put it in. As my package wasn?t sealed Maddie then said in an loud utterly rude manner that ?you haven?t even sealed it? ? all it took her was to cut a piece of cello tape and put it on the bag. Instead she repeatedly berated me for not knowing how this post office handled Amazon packages.I have worked in customer service for over 20 years and have never spoken to a customer the way she spoke to me. She could of said something like ?did you know you are supposed to seal the bags for a post office return? and I would of apologised. Instead she spoke to me like a child.I have reported this higher up, but wanted people to have a heads up incase.

I needed a post office service the guy at the counter couldn't do it he was calling for a supervisor or manager but they were not responding after 15 min I went at the back and two of them were smoking at the back. When asked them about waiting for them to come they stated that they were never colled clearly not true as the guy call them several times and other customers left without been served. And why is it that today 4th of Dec they closed at 14 are they having a break because on Google shows that the closing times is 10pm. Really bad service

I purchased a bag of milk chocolate flipz this evening and when I opened them all the chocolate was a grey colour. I returned to the owlsmoor shop and asked for a replacement bag and was told that now you have opened them I can't return them for a refund or exchange. They then proceeded to say that chocolate is ok to go grey and still OK to eat. Then the cashier put is hand in the bag to try one (after saying that hes never eaten them and doesn't know what they are suppose to taste like) said I don't see the problem and then expected me to except the bag back after he had placed his hand over the chocolate. I am honestly very disappointed with the customer service I received from the staff.

Excellent!Update. Stop moaning people. This shop is a very good convenience store. Lots of offers etc. In the many years I've used it I was going to complain once but didn't because it was just once in many years.I don't work for them, nobody I know works for them.?

Unfortunately this is the second bad experience I have had ordering with this shop through deliveroo and getting through to them to have the errors in my orders fixed is impossible.
