Took my partner for a treat for a meal at the Beefeater Rickshaw Farm, service was good, food was good and enjoyed. Our waitress Maddy was cool very pleasant and friendly, made us feel very welcome and relaxed lovely girl. Thanks Maddy!

went for food with friends and met with great customer service we were served by a young woman named dora who took good care of us, i have fish allergy and cora made sure that i was taken care of by using effective communication to explain the menu, we had a delightful pudding my friends got the warm fudge cake and it was gone with in seconds lol ? and i had the banoffee pie cheese cake which had amazing presentation i cannot forgett to mention the lovely bartender named ruby who was very friendly and met us with a conversation ful off humor overall food was great and would defo recommend to a friend !! 10/10 experience

customer service was great we were served by a young lady named cora who was a star and took good care of us, one of us had an fish allergy and cora made sure my friend with an allergy was taken care of properly, we had the crunchy chicken burger which was very flavourful and followed by a warm chocolate fudge cake and my friend had the banoffee cheese cake which was delicious, and not to forget a honourable mention to the amazing bartender named ruby she delivered-our drinks with care and we were met with a lovely conversation!! would defo recommend to a friend !!!

Stayed at the attached Premier Inn so ate here on one evening. The range of options are typical for a Beefeater and in general the service was above average.\nThe stand out person was Maddie who served our evening meal - very pleasant and helpful with a fantastic memory for the order details. She managed to perfectly remember all seven orders without writing it down - very professional and worth a high recommendation.

The food was lovely and the service was relatively quick. My daughter was celebrating her 14th birthday and she was slightly disappointed when she noticed that brownies weren?t on the dessert menu. Staff were more than happy to accommodate. Donna served us and she went above and beyond bringing out the brownie complete with candle and sang happy birthday along with other staff members. They also gave her a small gift. Thank you so much.

Again, a great meal in a calm and relaxed atmosphere. \n\nCora did a great job managing all the tables she had to take care of. Very impressed!\n\nGood was good quality, hot on delivery, and portion sizes were spot on. Particularly impressed with the chicken wing starters - who knew that crushed Doritos were a great coating. \n\nAll the staff are pleasant to engage with, happy to help and customer focused. We will be back!

My older son picked this Beefeater as he liked the sound of the menu. He booked a table and we turned up on the day at the right time. We were met and the manager didn't know where to put us. He gave us a table with banquet seats and it was too small for us to sit at. So he grudgingly gave us a large round table which was too big for our group of 4. There was obviously too few staff for the number of people in the restaurant and everything took ages. The waitress was helpful even though she was rushed off her feet not helped by a large family group which turned up while we were waiting. The food was average and we left feeling that our night out had been totally spoiled. I have since heard from people that this restaurant had gone downhill. I'm giving it a 2* review rather than a 1* review because of the serving staff.

Took ages to get a drink, roasts were sold out at 5pm !!!! Food was luke warm, and took ages. 2 staff members had filthy dirt under their fingernails. Just vile. Quite expensive for what it is also. Wouldn?t rush to go back again

I came here with my family and couldn?t be more welcomed at the entrance! Lovely family atmosphere allowing us to feel comfortable and relaxed. Our orders came and food was amazing! Not a thing I could complain about. I really do recommend this place from the bottom of my heart! Thank you for the lovely service and obviously food ??

Most recently visited for breakfast with a group of friends. We requested a specific table, which we were given without question. Despite being a big group, the service was very good, and the breakfast came out quickly and hot. Dietary requirements were considered and allergens were explained.
Despite the restaurant being busy, the tables were clean, and servers attentive.
Have also had similar experiences when eating in the evening, and would come again.
