Really poor customer service. Bought some kids trainers last week, lost the receipt and even though they?re branded Zara and had the tags etc, and were unworn they wouldn?t swap them for a bigger size or look up the transaction, and just did not care. Really terrible service from such a global brand, won?t shop here ever again as customer loyalty means nothing to them. Shame on you Zara.

Worst customer service as usual. Scammed me for £15 by charging me twice. If I could give it a 0 rating I would. Zara reading is handled horribly and always looks a mess.\\n\\nAfter charging me once for my purchase, the cashier asked me to pay again cause it ?didn?t go through? when I told her it?s been charged to my account. All she said was ?if it?s pending then it?ll only charge once??. I was charged £30 for a £15 perfume and was never returned the money.\\n\\nI came into the store to fix this and the store manager did nothing and if anything seemed more bothered to help if anything?. Employees were rude and the manager was even more rude. No help. No consideration. Will be spreading the word around to never shop from this scam shop xx

Not too many products and those ones very expensive and bad quality.\\nThe staff were not very interested in customers only if they ask something and even that they are not too flexible to show you what you are looking for.

My experience at this clothing shop lasted for about two seconds. I went in, asked them if they have meatballs and the assistant yelled at me, yelled \\\"you can meet these balls!\\\" to then flip the sale rack right in front of me.\\n\\n1 star because I never got to meet those balls...this place doesn't deliver on what they offer.

I would rate 0, if I could! Worst customer service ever, I would not recommend shopping here. First of all none of the advisers will help you and most of them will make a fuss and feel very bothered if you even say ?Excuse me? to them. Furthermore, I was waiting in the queue when I heard the adviser at the fitting room shouting at a customer ?I don?t get paid for this? which I found incredibly disrespectful (the customer only asked if she could try some items on, but there were no fitting rooms available). Customers should not be treated with your frustration because you don?t get paid enough. Here?s a suggestion: Work is work, leave your anger at the door! And to top it all off, I tried refunding a faulty item with my valid receipt and all I can say is: don?t even bother! If your item is faulty just take it to a charity shop or throw it in the bin. I was met with eye rolls, huffs and puffs, angry face expressions and patronising remarks both by staff members and one of the managers. Purely because at store level they are incompetent and they all lack basic manners of customer service. I work in a customer facing role and I would never dream of treating my customers with such appalling behaviour. Products and customer service are clearly rubbish at Zara.

I've had a couple of bad experiences with Zara staff lately and had another on in the reading store. Having ordered a shirt online the security tag has been left on it, they were sold out online and I wanted to keep the item so the only alternative was to drive an hour to my nearest Zara store to have the tag taken off. I took the item to the till and had my proof of purchase ready to go, no apology, she just asked to see the receipt to prove I hadn't stolen the item from the store. Are you serious? There are better ways of handling customers than this.

Good service and nicely packaged. the shop person was so nice and helpful that she ordered me the dress I was looking for and it was delivered the very next day. would really recommend them. Fantastic clothing and staff are always approachable and most of the time have products at a discount.

Worst customer service ever. So rude to customers when enquiring about a product. Awfull service and they decide to shout at customers. If you dont like your job you really need to leave. Will not be buying from this store ever as the service was appalling
