Lots of stock but also very, very dusty, I know it's full of building products but not everyone is a builder and wears old workwear, there was bottles of drink by the tills that had 2mm of dust on ?

I had trouble ordering online for the product I wanted so popped in to the Reading Branch. I met with Emma in customer services or the help desk (today) and I have to say what a pleasant experience. Not only was she helpful, patient and friendly, but she was very well informed and genuinely interested in helping me. I ordered tiles for delivery to Hampshire. Really impressed by the knowledge and friendliness provided. Thank you

dirty, the lady behind the cash register is extremely rude, there are customers waiting in line, one cash register is open and the rest of the staff is smoking cigarettes just around the corner of the store. Very poor.

The staff isn't very helpful, every time I go in there I have to chase the staff and the answers I get are usually not helpful at all. I guess it's a good place if you know exactly what you need, but definitely not for a person wanting to diy any project.

A massive Alladins cave of building materials and accessories. I found a wide selection of small sampler pots of paint, although conversely, they all appeared to be an arrow spectrum of the same soft brown shades. Having worked in the manufacturing side of building materials, I always like to look at the range of goods on offer.
