Best hot chocolate. My little boy has stated drinking hot chocolate with Whittard?s hot chocolate. I feel like they are better than store bought hot chocolates .

I loved Whittard but after learning a little more about nutrition, the teas and chocolates are pure unhealthy sugar in some cases 60 g of every 100 g with only 20 g of cocoa.
Definitely, not for health reasons.

I bought the salted caramel hot chocolate and it was amazing. It didn't taste as good as it did in the shop but we almost there. If I had the machine I could replicate it. It is soo smooth and the taste is out of this world. Not to forget the customer service was really good to. I was given many different teas to sample and the staff were genuinely happy to help. For velvety smooth hot chocolate you have to come here.

It's the Whittard shop in The Oracle shopping centre, Reading. It is perfectly in line with the chain's stores: it offers teas of all types, teapots, infusers and assorted gadgets on the varied universe of tea and its surroundings. According to tradition, here too it is possible to taste various types of tea, in detail three on stoves and one cold, plus even a dispenser of hot chocolate. Very kind and helpful staff.

Lovely little shop. Lauren was absolutely brilliant. She spent a full 20 minutes taking me through all of the loose leaf teas and her knowledge about each blend was incredible! I went from popping in for a browse to wanting to buy everything! Now I'm hooked on the cherry blossom green tea so they'll never be rid of me.

Been there for the first time to buy a gift for a dear friend. We wanted to buy her favourite tea, the earl grey. We ended up buying not just that but also the coconut truffle tea and chocolate coffee beans.All tastes so good and we also got some nice tea bags to try at home (we needed to subscribe to the newsletter with email).Overall price is fair, with 100g of loose tea average 9£ and nicer boxes around 13£

Our experience at Whittard in Reading was excellent, the store manager was very approachable and helpful and Lauren impressed us with the knowledge she has about tea. She was also very friendly and open to answer all of our questions and offered us some delicious tea to try. We left very satisfied with our bags full, thanks to Lauren?s recommendations based on our preferences. We will definitely go again and would 100% recommend it to anyone interested in quality tea and a lovely experience!
