Prices are reasonableIf you want to pay VAT and at least minimum vages for your hard workers it cost money.If your car is heavy dirty don?t expect to do it with basic in and out.

Pleasant people it was a difficult motor to clean however the overall cleaning wasn?t great after well over an 1hr and they didn?t think to tell me about the seatbelts being soaking wet and covered in chemicals which has stained my clothing they should have been wiped dry having to do that myself and clean the inside door handles myself overall below average especially after £70 full service and £100 ruined jumper.

From the moment I arrived i had Travis approach me without any delay. As I hadn't been to this car wash I wasn't sure what I need and he explained everything in detail so I could make the best choice. They got my entire car immaculate inside and out for a good price. I went back to him the next day for my headlights to be done and again done another stunning job and persisted in making sure the car was again immaculate before I drove it away. The speed of service, customer service and quality of the wash from Travis was the best I have previously had. Thank you for the great experience!

We brought our car here for a wash and they did a fabulous job. It was our first time and staff were incredible. Manager is lovely and had great chat as well. We will definitely be using them all the time going forward. We got the most basic car wash and our car was sparkling ? Great value for money and super hassle free ?

On Saturday I took my car to tesco in reading napper Rd to be valeted by waves ZR paterners United Ltd. When I returned to pick up my car I was shocked to see they had damaged the drivers sidedoor taking of the Lacquer leaving a large rouud patch . On speaking to the owner he told us that we needed to see the cctv as people try it on to claim. So we did and it showed my car if perfect condition on arrival and then after the damage. You have now told me that they won't cover the cost to repair my car and that if they bamage your vehicle while cleaning it the don't take the Responsibility for the damage . I now have a damage car thanks to your company. I do have a copy of the cctv and will let other people who use this company know about how you operate and damage customer's vehicles
