Ian came over to look at an issue with our toilet flusher. Identified the issue which came from poor previous plumbing work. Ian put a plan in place and rectified the issue along with fixing others along the way. Always communicating what he was doing to ensure we were happy. Very tidy and clean work. He is now our go to plumber. Will be recommending him to everyone I know.

We had a water leak and needed it to be resolved quickly. I called Ian who responded immediately. He came out the same day and within a couple of hours he identified the source and repaired it. Excellent job, he?s efficient, friendly, professional and communicates well. Would definitely recommend and will not hesitate to contact him in the future. I was impressed to receive a response to my query on the same evening and Ian was able to solve our issue the next day. He also gave me some useful advice and was able to demonstrate to me how he'd resolved the problem. Ian was lovely, replied to my request really quickly and helpfully. He came out to give me a quote on the Wednesday and fitted the new tap on the Thursday. The work is great, he explained every part to me and really reasonably priced.
Really lovely person as well as great work and made me feel really comfortable having him in the house, which isn't always a given as a single mum. Really recommend.

Ian installed a mains water softener unit under our kitchen sink. Did exactly what he quoted for, very neat and tidy, maintained maximum space for storage.

I found Ian initially on Checkatrade, to replace a leaking kitchen tap and to replace copper pipes with flexi ones. Ian was great in helping me to find a suitable tap from a reputable brand, advising how I could get it cheaper on Amazon and also reminding me to register it with the manufacturer.
He didn?t have to do this, but was very kind to do so, and I appreciated this!
Ian is lovely, kind, did a brilliant job, and I absolutely recommend his services, and it?s great to support local business.
