Website said they had a book I wanted so I only went to town just for this, but I couldn't find it on the shelf so asked a member of staff that was very helpful looking it up, and said none in stock but the website said there was 10+ in stock, so a wasted trip really.

I love Waterstones and went there even though the book was £7 cheaper on Amazon. Is that sustainable?

The gentleman who helped me upstairs was brilliant, the young lady who tried to help me downstairs, didn't seem to listen or understand what I was looking for and tried to pursued me to buy a totally different book. Didn't actually buy the books as they didn't stock them all and didn't want different parts of a set buy that's my personal preference

Absolutely beautiful places which has books on nearly every genre. As expected of a Waterstones, it has an aura that's far more homely than the one near my home. It gives off a rustic vibe and is never busy during the weekdays so you can definitely get some reading time in and treat it like a library of sorts. They have two floors and the feeling of architecture is absolutely gorgeous.

If you enjoy items of dead tree based reading materials this is the place for you. Seriously..a great bookshop with a huge range of titles, could spend hours browsing.

A joy to shop and window shop or just browse books. A stunning little boutique built in an old chapel I believe you can almost tell from the design and it feels as though the literary works of the gospel are interwoven into the store itself in many way with a children?s section and a well planned out subject area that may use the dewy decimal system for various genres making it feel a little like a library as to how it is arranged. I hope it does not go like a lot of the other shops on the high street!

Went into the shop, couldn't find what I was looking for so I went to the counter to ask,as there was no staff to help ,I was pointed to the area where I had already looked,so I went to look again still with no joy,a man then said he would be with me in a minute, I then WAITED 20 minutes for him,he didn't come back to me ,so I left and ordered it on amazon, service like that I'm not surprised shop close down, this is the reading store
