Quite expensive

Very poor. I had a negative experience in-store and stopped going. The service in the cafe was dire. Very slow and a limited range of food available. They used lack of staff as an excuse. The toilets were abysmal. Nobody was collecting the trolleys. At times, it was difficult to get served at all. Someone opened a checkout and allowed someone behind me to get served first. Then I had to wait an eternity to buy something as simple as a lottery ticket because they served someone with a basket full of goods at the kiosk. Recently, the quality of the food being delivered has been poor. A foreign object in a tin of beans and food that has gone off due to a short use-by date.

Normally I wouldn?t be bothered by noise. However someone had their counting scanner at full volume and I didn?t stay for a full shop just grabbed a quick snack instead

Disappointing service at meat counters. Went on Sun 6 july around 2.30pm. Meat counters had been emptied out and put in freezers for a stocktaking. Staff refused to bring anything out when requested for a specific item. Waitrose have no regard for customers wanting to buy items during opening hours. Closing Meat counters during opening hours is ridiculous. Happens on a regular basis. Shows no regard for customers

I decided to go Waitrose yesterday, I was absolutely sweating, I went into the cafe and realised I couldn?t Realy have any drinks as most of them had caffeine in it, and I hate matcha, a lovely lady named Mya helped me ALOT! She made sure I stayed hydrated and while I was in the queue to pay, she asked me which drink I would like and went and got me an orange juice. She?s such a lovely worker! And a lovely human being. So thank you Mya for your amazing customer service. Never lets a customer go unsatisfied! Definitely would recommend to go Waitrose

My favourite supermarket by far. Great staff, quality, prices aren't bad at all and a lovely cafe. Loads of parking too :)

Oxford road Waitrose is the best and the staff here are very friendly.

Recent Waitrose home delivery convert!
Currently unable to drive following surgery I decided to go for home deliveries for the moment. Signed up for Waitrose and Sainsbury's..
I've had two deliveries now, from each.
I have to say, Waitrose excels on every level.
Friendly drivers, chatty and polite, making me feel special first thing in the morning.
Quality goods, with no replacements. No damaged goods, and well protected raw/frozen products.
Good dates on items, and attention to this is much appreciated.
The little note and choc (see pic) were also well received ?
I had lindt balls previously!
Thanks to Kerri and the team for working hard to keep up the standards and going the extra mile!

Fed up with paying takeaway prices.
Waitrose Chinese meals are incredible.
And great value for money.
One example half crispy duck
Is half price than a takeaway.
Just buy spring onions and a cucumber.
