First time in this store, initial impression was of narrow aisles & not as light as other Waitrose stores I have used.
Wide range of meals & other foodstuffs but limited selection of ready made sandwiches.
Staff friendly and helpful.

Lovely store the staff are so helpful, friendly and go out of their way to be helpfull.
One thing I don't like is the store is used to test new products so occasionally certain products are removed to be substituted by new brands and/or products.

Great shop in terms of quality. Nicely laid out. Clean. However, the staff can be aloof. They give you just enough service/assistance but no more.
Kin is an awesome member of staff. Very friendly, personable and always highly professional. She's a ray of sunshine.
