Dined here the other night and the experience was a bit off. Unsure of the communication issues however it was a bit challenging to convey order to my server. The food arrived around 15 minutes later super hot and tasty however everything around it seemed to be centered around communication issues which I'd attribute to either language barriers or just that the team is need of a good customer service refresher. The evening hours brings a number of unsavory characters milling about outside so keep your eye out as there was no police presence.

One of the best branches of this consistently good Asian food giant. Mainly because the food is always superb. Service is freindly if a little cold at times. Location is great. Recommended.

Food was the only good part of this meal, the food was good and just like your reliable wagas. It was slow, the service, we waited 20 minutes to be seated and a further 20 for drinks once we ordered, after the drinks was recived waited an extra 10 for the food in witch we thought was not that bad. then once we went to pay they could not comprehend how to split the bill 4 ways if 2 people was to pay cash and 2 people was to pay card, Really dissapointing.

Atrocious service, one of the worst I have ever experienced. Please do not waste your money here. We had to remind staff 4 times what our order was. Soggy saltless edamame, again one of the worst I have ever tasted, and all starters including the edamame arrived about half an hr late/after the main course. We had to force the rest of the food down. All very disappointing considering we usually enjoy Wagamama?s. Safe to say we did not leave a tip and will absolutely not be going back to the Reading branch.

Dinner for 2, Serving 1 person and then the 2nd person 20min later is just ridiculous, more ridiculous is that the starter didn?t even arrive with the 2nd mais!! Also, why is there so many flies?

As always, the food at Wagamama was great. The staff were really friendly. We arrived later in the evening and were greeted with smiles and seated immediately. Although it was late, there were still lots of people dining so the vibe was still lively and fun. Overall a great experience

Food was very good and filling, service was quick and staff were all lovely. Yuko especially was very polite and checked in with me to insure I was happy with everything. Definitely recommend!!
