The delivery of my 3 monthly lenses paused. I was not notified of this until a letter saying it had been until I book contact lens check. Booked first available appointment. No solution, no spare lenses, have taken last month's direct debit still and this month's. I was given a bottle of solution and 3 weeks ago given lenses which only have 1 week left of life abd follow up appointment not till end of July! Please send my 3 month supply and if the lenses need to be changed, will swap 2 boxes. Thank you.

Every time I've had to wait, I've never been in on time for the appointment. The contact lens prescription had errors on it and therefore I was not been able to order lenses online. This has now been corrected by Mervi, so I've changed my rating from 1 star to 4 stars for Mervi!

Been to Twyford today, Emma was absolutely amazing! A real asset, her communication skills are on point and she built amazing rapport with us. She has great knowledge and we are very happy with our choice of glasses! Went above and beyond, even fixed my old pair till the new ones come in. We are very grateful, thank you ?
