Love VS products. But this store in particular was so disappointing. Young staff all pretending to work but standing around giggling instead. Nobody at the till, had to get someone to come over. Disorganized stock with incorrect labels causing me to be overcharged. Rude staff when came back to point it out and ask for my money back. Step it up VS!!

As a man shopping with his girlfriend, I had a horrible experience shopping at Victoria's secret Reading.I wasn't even allowed NEAR the changing rooms to give my girlfriend feedback and when she wanted to ask for my opinion because she was self conscious about shopping I was rudely kicked out by the staff. Then they followed us around giving us rude looks and attitude while we were trying to look for the right sizes as they were extremely unhelpful as well helping us pick up the right size and the whole experience just left us unwilling to ever come back to the branch or even shop at VS ever again.

Victoria?s Secret Reading is a beautiful store and used to visit regularly but haven?t for a while. Better than Bond Street that is so packed. Still upset that a VS item stolen but police do nothing. Staff leave you alone to look at things. Measured before need again. Also asked when sale is which is when I purchase.

One helpful staff member. Another who was waiting to close up was rude with blond hairWouldn't let my friend go back into the store to thank the shop assistant for her help earlier. Its funny how one shop assistant went out of her way to help you and the other one was up her own arse

Worst customer service at the till, poor knowledge on how to deal with simple customers request, I asked nicely to wrap an item that I brought as a gift. The young lady at the till didn't like what I asked nicely and started rolling her eyes making bad gestures which was so unacceptable. Maybe she didnt like my accent, maybe I did sound from another culture but a customer is a customer no matter from where we are - then I requested to see the manager of the store and i got a poor excuse like he/she was busy on something there is no time for a customer's complaint....guess we're not that important....This will be the last time I will buy or go there , very disappointing. They should probably reconsider to train their stuff good manners and how to be more professional.

Nothing to say about the brand, the problem of this store it's the mess and the totally useless staff members. Customers are free to open any kind of drawers and basically serve themselves resulting in a mess, and if you ask the staff for help to look for something, they're like "oh you can look over there, or there" and keep doing their own business (which at this point is going around the store doing nothing, if they're not helping out customers nor tidying up products) Very disappointed.

Wonderful friendly service from Sara, even if it was busy she was cheerful and accommodating, wish some shoppers would behave better - some were just dropping items on the floor as they rummaged through. Good selection of hard to find sizes, some designs not as classic as in the 90s, maybe they need to bring those back.

when returning an item in the Reading branch this morning with a gift receipt she told me the item was £30 , I told her it was £50 and she told me I was wrong. When I immediately produced the original receipt that I also had the girl then realised her mistake in trying to short change me. Be aware that gift receipts are a con in this shop. No apology either just a horrible attitude. I will not be shopping here again !
