I bought the Calmag Water Softener kit, and they gave a smashed box with different hose pipes which didn't work. They refused the return because of box damage (collected in the same condition from the store), even though the kit inside was perfectly fine to be sold again. Spent hours with customer care with no help and asked me to go to the Whitely Reading branch to speak to the local store manager. They refused again because its exceed 30 days!! Branch staff said it's my problem! What terrible service. I left my kit at the counter!
Waste of time and I will never use Toolstation again!

I already spent ~ 2 hours by calling your call centre and sent email to
[email protected] for order reference - XWW784996686.
They claimed the box was delivered perfectly by
[email protected], but it wasn't. I told them to check the store's CCTV if they weren't willing to take my word for it.
I already left the kit in a local store and if you really care, then please investigate and refund if everything I said on email and here is true.

Been using Toolstation for some years and the staff are always helpful and courteous. Products are good quality. The only criticism is that you don't receive a text when the item you have ordered us in. You take a chance. Thus is not the fault of the staff in store but the ordering system itself. Will continue to use them.
