Opening hours , good, with a wide range of food products and magazines / newspapers and the Post Office counter service is more than useful, as much nearer to me than my previous nearest P.O, however, the counter staff rarely maintain eye contact or engage with a please or thank you at the cash desk based on my recent visits, so the shopping experience lacks a personable vitality, which with effort, could easily and FREELY be improved. After all it's a service provider and people are customers. They may have lost returning shoppers because of this unfriendly aspect.

Scammers, the moment you look away for a second they'll double charge items, today I confirmed. It happened the first time I let it go because I thought it was a mistake but yesterday I saw the cashier deliberately doing so, even checking if I see him then he comes up with a ridiculous bill

They have eggs from caged hens listed as free-range eggs on their price tag on the shelf. I advised the guy behind the counter but he could not have cared less.To me, that's false advertising as I don't want to spend money on eggs from caged hens and almost did - purely because of their sign saying they were "free range".Hopefully someone will see this and change the label as I'm sure I'm not the only one who does not want to support the caging of chickens inadvertently due to their labelling.

Guys please stop going to this shop!!! I'm telling you I will be taking this further and I will stop shopping here. On the past Saturday I went to buy a Nandos sauce that they sell there. Arrived home and I was going to open it and as I was looking it was already unsealed. To my thought I decided to try it as to see maybe it was me by accident when taking the lid off so I decided to try it and it didn't taste like it's usual and also the colour was different than normal going orange when the normal colour is like a beige. I couldn't go back on the same day there so I decided to go back today, 6/04/2020. Went back and I politely informed them of what happened at the counter which one of them was polite back and then an asian man that was behind the counter started getting defensive over it even though he should know that he shouldn't be reacting like that as he was selling an opened and expired product. He also asked me if I tried it which I replied with a yes. They told after I could get a new one. As I was also shopping some extra stuff I saw them grabbing the sauce that I tried at home and that was opened and putting it back on the shelves to serve to another customer. This is outrageous and I feel really bad with myself for not saying anything to them before I left but I will be formally complaining about this and taking it forward. Disgusting attitude as well as I overheard them talking about it and when I looked they started talking in a different language. As far as I know I'm not emglish myself but I still know that at work they shouldn't be speaking in another language as it is unprofessional and this is England so they should speak english at work. It's just horrible. Not going there again and I would advise people to do so too!

Convenient place with varied foods and opening hours. However, the prices are very high, the staff if not very friendly, and many of the items they sell do not have proper price labels. I personally hate having to guess how much some items cost.They have added a plastic panel to separate the cashier from customers, which is very helpful, but sometimes the staff will have their masks under their nose, making them pointless. I try to avoid going there.

The staff are very rude and unhelpful. Incompetent and lack customer service. They should fire the lady in blonde because these are her major traits. I am a loyal customer of three years and this year I had the worse experienced with the shop. Do something or loose your customers because Im sharing everyone

I selected this place for eBay click and collect, and they refused the item and it got sent back to the seller. So pointless, creating extra hassle. Why would they put themselves as a click and collect option then refuse the parcel? Useless.
