Very good service. Went beyond what was required fixing shoes and watch. Also had bought a lifetime guarantee battery for my watch about 4-5 years ago and there was no problem honouring the guarantee. Would definitely recommend.

Shouldn?t you update your service to remove clothing repair and alterations, if you don?t have this service in this branch? It?s disappointed for customers to drive up but found you can repair clothing?

Great service after a different Timpsons had used the wrong base key to cut my new key. After trying the key in my lock, I was surprised that it wouldn't turn in anyway, but when I ventured to this store they quickly established that I wasn't at fault. I did expect better from the first Timpsons- I won't be going there again. The chap in the Earley branch was friendly and apologetic despite not personally being at fault. He cut me a new key that works perfectly. Thank you for sorting the issue

I visited Timpson in Lower Earley. I have been told they are super expensive but quality of workmanship is good. I went there to order my house keys, store manager was very experienced and he did suggest few options of better locks and guided how to register key with ultion for guarantee and avoid key duplication by other than owners.
I wasn?t aware of previously. This was good.
I contacted ultion and they offered duplicate keys half the price than timpson. I contacted timpson to cancel order but ultimately they did price match which was good

Fantastic service from one of the staff members that I saw on each of my visits. Extremely friendly and polite, and very knowledgeable about the services.
I wanted a watch engraved and first went to ask for advice which I was given so I could choose an appropriate watch.
I then revisited a few weeks later to take the watch and it was ready to collect in just a couple of days. The guy done a fantastic job and I am over the moon with the final results.
My son loved the gift and said the engraving made it extra special. We came back shortly after my son?s birthday to have a few links taken out but unfortunately saw a different member of staff (who was still fantastic btw, it would have just been nice for the first guy to see how much his work was appreciated).
I have had my shoes and boots reheeled here and keys cut many times, but this was the first time I have used the engraving service. I wouldn?t hesitate to recommend this branch of Timpsons.

My vehicle key had detached from the fob making it difficult to function. The assistant at Timpsons was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to accurately cut a new key in less than 5 minutes. Now works perfectly. Great service!
