Went to get a watch battery and some links taken out of an old watch. The guy who works here (don?t know his name) was very helpful and knowledgable. Offered lots of deals at a good price.

Visited Timpsons based at Tesco Napier road supermarket Reading. Zak the team member was very professional with his help and dealing with my watch issue. Zak was only covering for today at Timpsons and was very polite and welcoming and dealt with my issue with absolute satisfaction. He is a valued team member for Timpsons. Highly recommend Timpsons for all your types of issues.

Despite listing shoe polishing as a service, I was told by a staff member that he personally does not do it and was advised to return the next day to ask his manager. It?s unclear whether the shop actually offers this service or if the manager does, which is quite strange.

Been to here around 1100 AM. The guy was in front of the computer and was ignorant of me. I needed to say some words so that he can start talking to me. He then told me bunch of words nothing related the issue I had and hence showed a very poor customer service. Not recommended.

What a helpful, friendly and sensitive young man. I needed an emergency repair to a foot drop support in order to walk and he was so helpful in doing an efficient 'out of the ordinary' repair for me. Thank you

Billy was absolutely brilliant! He fixed my watch which I had previously been told was not fixable/would cost hundreds of pounds. He sorted it in 10 minutes. This was a really honest and knowledgable service. Really impressed!!

The rudest staff member I?ve ever come across. When I approached the counter he stared at me as if he was annoyed I was about to disturb him, proceeded to answer all my questions in the most rude and annoyed manner. Just horrible. Terrible customer service. Avoid!

Thrice I have changed watch batteries at this location and same number of times that the batteries don?t work. Heavily suspicious that they are installing used batteries and possibly cashing the money as if they had replaced them with new batteries. Avoid at all costs. Rude younger new staff too.
