Whenever I come to this store I am very pleased with the service especially a staff member called Roshni, she speaks my language and whenever I go with a issue with my phone it is always easier to get help from her, my English is not good and this review is for her for all the help she has provided me in last 3 years! I am giving it to my grandkid to write this review for her as my written English is not good either! But thank you for all your support Roshni, May God bless you always for helping people like us who are not good with technology!

Water being miss sold a roaming in Egypt pack that I couldn?t possibly use, Yathi came to my rescue. He was very professional, extremely helpful, polite and extremely knowledgeable about everything. He deserves all the respect as he went beyond the call of duty to resolve issues that 3 should NEVER have allowed to happen in the first place.

What I have witnessed yesterday evening was shocking its was very unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour from the store manager towards the customers.He needs to learn how to de-escalate the situation rather than escalate even more.Some sort of action needs to be taken against him.

Fraud, overcharged and rude behaviour.On 12/01/23, We were served by customer assistance (Yatharth) and we took 2 years sim contract and 3 years of iphone 14 contract. That contract came upto around £52/ month. On top of those 2 contracts, Yatharth added a tablet (Honor) for £1 extra which added upto £53/ month in total. He also gave 2 extra sim cards(3x sim cards in total), which we didn?t ask for (1 for the iphone, 1 for the tablet and 1x 5gb extra sim card). He explained to us that, those 2x sim cards are included on the total bill of £53/month. We took the contract not realising we were being over charged.Couple days later, we called the customer service to check if we were overcharged. They told us sim & phone contract shouldn?t be more than £35/ month.On 17/01/23, we went back to the store with all the products(1 iphone14, 1 tablet & 2x extra sim cards) to return & cancel the contract. On the store, the store manager (Ali) refuse to give his full name, was very unprofessional, rude and a bully the minute we walked in. We explained that we were being overcharged and would like to cancel the contract since it had only been 7days of purchase(Policy states 14 days return). The manager rudely told us why it took so long for us to make the decision. We then found out those 2x extra sim cards(1for the tablet and 1 5gb extra simcard) were £11 & £9/ month, which again we never asked for. We also spoke with the customer assistance Yatharth that he oversold us all those products. The manager (Ali) rudely told his staff not to deal with us and threatened us to call the police. We humbly agreed to wait for the police but they never showed up. There were other customers present at the time and they even supported us and agreed to be the witness incase the police attend and explain the manager?s behaviour. We were being lied and miss-sold. The manager (Ali) is not qualified to be the manager with that behaviour towards customers and the customer assistance (Yatharth) is a fraudster upselling more than needed. I hope you take actions against these 2.
