I visited today after a recommendation on FB. I thought I needed a new zip in a riding boot but no just needed a quick repair which was done there and then. Why oh why did I not know of this gem of a shop before. Cannot recommend highly enough. I will only go here in future.

I have bad experience in Timpson, they made my key wrongly for 2 times. My friend introduced The Tilehurst Cobbler to me. Richard made the key right one take okay, no need to return. He also charged me a fair price not so expensive as Timpson. Richard is very friendly and helpful.

Can only praise this place. I am always impressed by their work, have used them a number of times now as good boots are hard to come by and worth hanging to. Prices are always good, works always done in a good time and always of a high standard. Don't throw those old shoes away, see these guys and get them sorted for more use! You won't be disappointed.
