Giada was brilliant - I had a hydro facial and it was extremely relaxing, specifically the face massage. She did a great job. My skin glowed and felt so cleansed afterwards.

I got the express gel french manicure and express pedicure. Giada was very nice and made sure that the shapes and colors were to my liking. The pedicure was also very relaxing and I fell asleep for a bit.

After receiving a lash lift and tint, I cant even tell the difference Very disappointed in the results. Still cant see my lashes and the tint didnt improve the look either. As you can see the photo my eyelashes are not lifted and looking very messy. Also the corner of my eye is red and hurt due to the unprofessional service dealing with the chemical. Such a waste of money to spend £50 for the LVL treatment. I previously did it myself and that look so much better than this. I would not recommend having this service.

Absolute madness what Crina did to my eyebrows ! How can you miss a simple threading knowing that a still have ombre showing underneath! She not only took my thickness but also my length whilst trimming all my brows away! I?m so disappointed! she also was full of bad faith when I literally showed her in daylight that she removed my hair on top of the red coloured residual ombré that I have!! She acted like I was in the wrong!I didn?t ask her to reshape my brows into some 1990s former trend which seems to be what she will do to you too! Now waiting for them to patiently grow back but damn that?s a threading ? I?m not even going to mention the LVL where she would have casually left me with glue on my lashes if I didn?t ask her to remove. Avoid Crina?s treatments on your face at all cost!Service: Eyebrow threading
