Lovely shop, sadly let down by 1 particularly rude staff member who couldn't tolerate a young child who liked to look at antlers (made for children) and then put them down where they don't belong because she was destracted by something else more fun, because she is 3. Customer service is key. My advice is to not go into this shop if you have children, as you may be publicly shamed as you leave if your child behaves like a child ?

This is always my first point of call whenever I need a card or a quirky gift - they stock a variety of fun and unique items including hand-made jewellery, high end shaving kits and hand-made chocolates along with jellycat soft toys. The owner is very friendly and is happy to help you select the perfect greetings card.

Lovely gift shop in our village, I brought a beautiful flower vase that people are constantly commenting on, also I was able to pick up 8 stunning rose gold helium heart balloons for a party. The balloons are still looking stunning and floaty after nearly a week....the staff are so friendly and helpful. Very lucky to have independent shops like this.

We had a little birthday emergency as we had a nine year old and had forgotten to order her some celebration helium balloons. I messaged the Rhubarb Tree and ordered online, they have lots of choices and the prices were reasonable - within 2 hours I had 5 birthday balloons delivered to my house and a very happy girl when she got home from School.It?s been a few days and the balloons are still bobbing around the house, fully inflated and looking good :)

We notified shop owner he employs thieves yet he did not care. Shocked at owner?s reply so had to report it as well as the business to trading standards as shop owner keeps trying to hide this experience. Sad that such an unethical business is in such a lovely area as Pangbourne. This is certainly NOT a scam or fake review. No theft from a till was discussed at all. Pure fabrication by the shop owner. Employed staff member who is linked to theft and reported to the police. Business owner obviously cares nothing for integrity and lawful behaviour then when faced with wrongdoing fabricates excuses to cover himself. Reviews will continue to be left this type of conduct is unacceptable. Shame on you.

Interesting little gift shop with fantastic items. They have a section with artisan bonbons, super delicious. You can also find crafted original gifts, books, cards and Aromatherapy, which makes the small shop smell beautifully!A fantastic place to visit for buying that original gift.

Helium balloons cheaper than online as weights are included and the size of the 2 balloons I bought for my husbands 50th birthday are giant. Still fully inflated a week later, also was given info about not keeping them anywhere cold. Thank you to the very helpful people that work in the Pangbourne store, highly recommended xxx
