They don?t follow return policy or bother to ask what the actual issue is. Had to call customer service just for them to realise and end up giving me my refund. Customer service called me back and apologised on their behalf. 2 Indian ladies- one young Muslim and one old. N one young white girl. So just be aware

Really bad experience! staff treats customers in a bad way, never visiting again and don?t recommend to anyone. I would say the fragrance shop is far better than this!

New lady (blonde)who start her new job in this Reading shop centre sold me aeau de toilette perfume instead Perfume from G. Armani "Stronger with You" and now they don't take a return.Of course that was a gift present for my partner and he did open it and us it but fragrance doesn't stay long in as Perfume so I like to change next day. I was 100% sure I bought Perfume not toilette spray.Wasn't cheap but I would pay more if I will be able to get Perfume of this same Armani. She never mentioned that she is selling me a cheaper spray then Perfume. Very unhappy????

Sale Assistant was really Rude, I wanted to buy a Parfume, she was on the phone, she was not even trying to check if costumers were approaching the desk. The Lady was not professional and rude until the checkout

Really good perfume shop had so much choice at competitive prices. Seemed to have all the major brands available. Also the experience was made that much better by Dan who was very friendly and helpful happy guy who helped us smell everything we wanted to smell and when we had decided he even saved us money by letting us know there was a lot we could by for the same price as the perfume we where already going to by. Extremely pleasurable experience made that much better by Dan and will return for this reason.
