I had lunch here for my daughter?s birthday. It?s such a lovely location and the food and service were great. We reserved an igloo which was delightful. There is also plenty of parking. We went for a walk along the river afterwards which completed a lovely afternoon.

Very frustrated with our experience here. We stayed for one night for a friend?s wedding nearby on 31 July. It?s now a month later and we?re still dealing with parking issues. First we were issued a parking ticket even though we followed the instructions for parking and shared our car details with reception. The hotel was able to waive this fee but now our rental car company charged a £46 administrative fee for dealing with the ticket which the hotel will not cover. Do not stay here and risk the ongoing headache and fees associated with parking.

Beautiful place good atmosphere really popular not great for parking but really nice place to go especially the pods in the beautiful garden gets very busy so book a pod or table before you go.

Gorgeous place right on the river

Booked 3 months prior plus paid for room.
On arrival didn't have my booking and wanted to charge me again I had email copy stating paid in full.
Last minute had to take our dog but had left a message to say that but it hadn't been picked up.
3 emails to say fast registration so booked the car on arrival had to do it again.
Some staff quite rude
But mostly dog lovers and polite.
Wouldn't recommend or stay again

Great place to stay especially with the attached Coppa Club. Reception were very efficient and charming, cleanliness of the room excellent and a good shower and bathroom with good quality toiletries. One major problem but fairly understandable was the room was in the top of the building which essentially is attic space. The day was exceptionally hot and the room at night was unbelievably hot, they need aircon the supplied large fan was only blowing the hot air around.
Food at the Coppa was super staff excellent and views were brilliant from the gardens etc.
