Came in quite late and was very much eager to make a specific purchase however the product was out of stock in this store. Though the product was out of stock , I must say the lady , so professional and definitely worth the hire name beginning with E on the dates of 08/07/2025 . Is the reason why Body shop would be the ideal brand and customer service i do expect a high standard for when I do recommend or return to make future purchases.
Everi? Apologies if I got it wrong i have had long hard hours / years but you are indeed a hire that must be kept and to be looked after by the Body Shop company. You are a beauty and knew how to make me want to buy , if shop wasn?t shutting that is .

I don't understand how a brand like The Body Shop hires such moody and disinterested people (to the point of being rude) as sales assistants. I went in looking for skin care, 3 (THREE) members of staff and no service. One said hello and that was it; the other 2 seemed bothered I was there, avoiding eye contact, whispering... I was there for about 10 min and I was just put off and left. Went to L'Occitane instead and got GREAT service. Not coming back here - at least the Reading Shop.

Fantastic shopping experience at Body Shop. I was served by Yekta who was lovely. I got Vitamin C pack and Ginger Scalp Scrub. I used a gift card and was able to add points onto my loyalty card with ease (despite the card number being faded!) Great samples and selection so you are spoilt for choice!

every time i go into the body shop here is great! the employees are super friendly and kind, and even gave me samples of a product i was interested in to try first!

Like their products, but everytime you go in there, they try to get you to get the membership card, that they claim is free, until they charge you for it along with your purchase, so it clearly isn't free and just straight out lie to try and get a card sale
