Great food , great drinks & even better service from the lovely Rick. Was having a terrible day until my sister & I were served by nick, he couldn?t have been more accommodating or kind to us. Five stars for Rick ????

We arrived and there was only 3 other family?s in the restaurant, so wasn?t exactly busy. Is took at least 10 minutes to have someone take our drinks order, which then the drinks took a long time to come. We as a table of 7 placed the order of our food, which that was reasonable waiting time. However when it did come, some portions were cold, the mozzarella dippers are not worth ordering with some missing cheese in them. The Cajun pasta was so dry and tasteless. The prices have increased but the quality in the food has go worse, like everything was microwaved. Always rated Tgi Fridays, however now after yesterday?s experience it was not worth the amount we spent. Will not be returning.

Food was delicious and we came just before it became busy which meant food was out within 20 minutes of ordering. Incredibly fast. Servers were super lovely and helpful.

The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was truly exceptional?attentive and welcoming. The ambiance was warm and inviting, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing time. I enjoyed the prawn starters, which were perfectly cooked, and the full baby ribs, which were tender and flavorful. TGIF!

£20 for some chicken strips and chips that were McDonald?s level quality. There?s one gluten free item on the menu- advertised as a ?gluten free cheeseburger?.. yet I was charged extra for having cheese on my cheese burger.. I didn?t ask for extra.. they charged extra for cheese on a cheeseburger. Small and dry burger for £16.
Put me off TGIFs for life and I make sure dissuade others from going to any other TGIFs.

This was my first time at TGI and I'm not all that impressed. The staff were friendly but there wasn't many of them around. We had to wait about an hour and a half for the food to come out, when mine did come out they gave me a side portion size rather than a main meal size. Decided not to get a pudding as dreaded how long the wait would be.

Family of 4. Starters arrived, had to ask for cutlery and even then we were given forks only. Mains arrived one was wrong and again no cutlery. We ended up scavenging some from nearby tables. Waitress never returned with any cutlery. Desserts ok. Bill included both the incorrect main course and the replacement one. Birthday celebrations (there were 3) are grating. Not surprised they are closing.
