This place is not handicapped accessible. I went there for milk. I can not walk and use a small mobility scooter. I could not go down the two aisles and had to ask someone to hold the door open for me so I could back out. If you are disabled and use a wheelchair or mobility scooter, do not go here

We have experienced terrible customer service almost every time we've been here.
We get our petrol now from the BP petrol station on the Henley Road, which is further to go but with good customer service.

Lovely staff with a friendly at atmosphere. A lot of fresh produce to be bought, including bakery items, fruit, baguettes and sandwiches. The shop is clean and organic used with full stock of items on the shelf.

The most poorly run petrol station ever! The tesco lorry parked like an idiot blocking the entire forecourt up so everyone has no choice but to dangerously reverse out of the entrance at high risk of reversing into oncoming traffic then there's a huge wait for the staff to switch the pumps on so you're left waiting for ages then there's the fact they've taken away most of the till replaced with self service tills but to you can't pay for fuel on them which is such a stupid idea so there is a massive queue waiting for the one til that is open to pay for full but always loads of people do their weekly shopping but selfishly making people who just want fuel waiting absolutely ages! So zero stars and highly recommend going to any other garage than this one!!!!

Forecourt always busy. Rubbish and cages left in disabled bay. Staff always block shelves when restocking. Charity hawkers block the entrance. Some staff and locals seem allergic to using the self checkout.

Staff and manager at the weekend openly dispute validity of newspaper vouchers. Poorly trained. Other times this store is very good as an express outlet.
