I frequent this store regularly and have never had a problem.
There was a very angry man in store this morning, shouting at staff over a challenge 21 issue. Rude customers are always unpleasant for retail workers, but I was impressed with how well it was handled by the cashier and the manager. While the man shouted at them they remained cool and calm. I?m not sure I?d have been able to keep such a cool head in their shoes.

After using the self checkout and leaving for home the staff chased me down the road and ripped my shopping out of my hands accusing me of theft. Thankfully I always keep a receipt. No apology whatsoever, just a ?ah as long as you?ve got a receipt? and walking off.

Absolutely excellent experience.Called in lovely caring atmos and nice audio on for good atmosphere too. Nice simple music nothing heavy and cheering.Caring busy staff , helpful and efficient today Mon 12th Feb 2024.Would definitely call in again if in the area if today is to go by. For ready meals and fruit juice eg as today. Thanks to staff and Tesco.

Very good selection for such a small shop. It could do with having another member of staff as there is normally only one cashier and needs to take all the customer questions and point out directions etc... always very busy

Last full month, no power on the fridge off wines and bear, they say is to save electricity, ok but when you by a with wine or bear and you need to go home put on your fridge and wait to have a drink, is realy bad for a company like Tesco.

Overcharged 3 pounds by an East Asian lady who waved me over to the till, i believed she did it intentionally as she did not offer me a receipt. Although a select few staff are nice, Staff are very rude overall. Avoid staff assisted checkout and stick to self-checkout to avoid being scammed by staff who are trying to meet targets.

Excellent service! The security staff help my friend to find a car repair copany to repair my firends car while his cars tyre broke just in the Tesco express parking area. Thank you very much for your great help!
