Store dirty and not tidy
Out dated food and still sale it

The whole store need to have staff and managers replaced including the Security guard

Cramped setup, not enough food options / stock was very low. Definitely not one of the best Tesco Expresses I?ve been to. The staff are okay, neither friendly or unfriendly.. very neutral personalities

Terrible service. They sit on a chair while serving you and don't even put your shopping in the bag some of them do. Because of this I've left some of my shopping behind and they didn't even tell me. This is not acceptable and i will not be shopping here again.

Today (30.9.24) Welcoming (to till), efficient but kindly suggest Tesco (Whitley St, Rdg) cashiers always try to verbally acknowledge the customer when they ask a question (during the transaction) to avoid repeating. I suspect having a screen may not help sometimes seeing / reading each other's body language. Hope this feedback helps.

Very abusive and mannerless staff at Tesco Whitley road. Wonder how a reputed company like Tesco hires such uneducated and untrained staff. They are very quick to put blame on customers. Tesco must take action against such staff. Avoid.

This store is great, cool, range of products- fruit & veg, chilled, frozen. mix of staff who have to bring in items when delivered & keep stocked etc could not live without this store. No idea re packages but see people collecting. They have had to put laundry products & baby food behind counter like alcohol due to shop lifting.
Disability friendly but t's compact as an express store. Sometimes things are out of stock & can take while to restock. Generally very happy with store.

Just walked a mile with a heavy package and they won?t take it because their bag is full. Not shopping here ever again.
