Nothing good about this place, really overpriced I?ve seen items over double in price within the last year another company that is just pure profit and then have the cheek to never open at the stated really throws everyone?s day off and nothing is even said about it, sort it out if you are charging these ridiculous prices you should be able to be have security 24/7, if I did this to my clients in my line of work i would be disgusted and embarrassed. 6am open time and still not open at 7:30am

The worst Tesco in Reading. Staff are always rude and smug for no reason. Always ID me even though I go there nearly everyday as I live in area, they do this to just be a pain not because it?s their job, there?s a couple alright staff in there but most of the workers there are disrespectful and confrontational for no reason. They should be wearing name badges at all times, so if we need to make complaint otherwise they get away with their behaviour. The workers that are the most disrespectful is an Indian woman, an Indian man and a Nepalese woman I believe. I wish I knew their names, you can?t complain in store as they are all friends and will stick together. They need some serious retraining or even better restaffing in there, im certain there are people who?d love to be in there position, they don?t deserve their paying jobs, they clearly hate it, don?t like customers and have no manners, maturity or respect. They always unnecessarily go out of their way to be difficult. Phil the African bloke is the best worker there tbh. And a couple of the supervisors/managers.
Update: just went there to get some salad and water and was reminded of another big fault of theirs; the veg is always off and mouldy, it?s like they been sat by a radiator, so warms to touch

This store consistently changes their closing/opening time. Completly unprofessional. Also, most of the time this shop is empty and the delivery comes very late in the day.

Consistently closes early. Why state "open until 11pm" when they lock their doors and refuse entry from 22.45? Just advertise you close at 22.45 to save wasting people's time

Very incompetent set of people that work there? you will. The workers needs to know part of their job is to place the right items on the right shelves rather than them saying its not their fault and blaming it on the customers every time

Staff incompetent, can not work with work under pressure when there is a lot of traffic.They tried to convince me that I did not pay for the goods, after which I was forced to pay a second time, the bodyguard slim tall curly hair brown skin very unpleasant .After showing the transfers on the application, allegedly returned the money, but did not affect the account. I do not recommend better to choose another storecaution attempted fraud by unskilled and unkind store staff
