Worst experience of my life, went shopping at 11 night time to miss the big crowds with my newborn baby, did a big weekly shop and had to feed crying baby. Two weeks later they had sent me a £80 parking charge for being in the car park for 10 minutes too long!!! There were queues at the self check out with no till open. Had to feed baby like any normal mother would. And now being punished for this. Absolutely abominable service. Never shopping there again. Disgusting money grabbers!!

Do not use this Tesco. Unless you want to be monitored, harassed, and treated like a criminal - all for wanting to spend money in the shop. The staff at the self-checkouts will single out certain people and stand right behind them, overseeing you as you scan items. One even randomly started using my self-service machine without so much as asking. They either have no sense of what they're doing, or they simply don't care about making customers feel harassed and intimidated. I have submitted multiple complaints, yet the situation never improves. Avoid this awful store at all costs.

The Indian female cashier sitting in the middle never greeted us every time she saw us, and never said thank you after collecting the money. She was very rude. But when she saw white people, she became very proactive and took the initiative to talk to them, smiling and saying thank you. I completely felt her racial discrimination. After trying several times and her attitude towards me was the same, I would rather choose the self-service cash register or a more polite cashier.

Great selection in the shop but the service is absolutely atrocious.
The staff were too busy standing around talking to each other rather than assisting customers.
Refusing to serve through the manned tills because ?the team leader had went home? despite the fact the cashier was in the process of scanning another customer?s goods, simply is not good enough???
Staff training on communication and customer service is urgently required!

The London-Reading train is going so slowly that even Google doesn't want to understand it and assumes that I'm not on a train but in a nearby Tesco.
Dear Labour Party, please make the trains in this country less shitty. That way you'll win every election in the world...
I give 5 stars to this Tesco because it's definitely better than this train...

I have one question.When will some idiot from management realize that to use the Tesco app you have to have internet at the checkout?I couldn't use my 10% discount today because once again I'm offline.And just to avoid holding up the long queue I had already made, I paid the full amount, which was not small at all.

Despite an amazing shopping selection, the service is not acceptable. A bunch of old ladies working there, spending their time chatting about customers instead of being helpful and turning away business with their disrespectful racist attitude (Friday 6th June, 9pm). Thank you so much for the security team for saving the day though.
