I've used the toilets in this store on 5 occasions and on 2 of those there have been poos on the floor. Not ideal.

Huge as compared to tesco express. Easy and affordable. Good prices and comes with discounts on club card.

Staffs aren?t as informative or nice as the security guards.
Security guards are down to earth type of person and helpful.
The manager or whatever person named Rui is a terrible person in both English and manner.

Just made to feel like a complete fraudster as I dared to use a photo of my clubcard QR code at #Tesco that my wife sent me as I did not have my Tesco credit card with me
I then took my shopping to a self check and a colleague *cancelled* my shop when I tried to use the photo QR code
That was Portman Road Extra in Reading ??

Not bad, like the new PayQwiq and club card app which actually lets you use you coupons and vouchers in store on your phone as let's face it with finger print security which I have paying is now safer to use again with at least one level of security...
They've also gone contactless with the club cards too if you have the physical version ??

Click and collect at this Tesco seems to run really well (at least compared to Napier Rd!)
Staff are friendly. Particularly the chap who served me on the click and collect this Friday 5-6pm - he was so helpful it brightened up my evening. Thanks :)

Their open times are incorrect. They will not let you in during the last 10min of any of their open times, under any circumstances. It's just something that's useful to be aware of. This happens at some tescos, including this one, but not all. So it doesn't seem to be a firm policy.

Bought a pair of fluffy slippers that could be warmed for our future Daughter-in-Law for Christmas. When she opened the present on Christmas Day there was only one slipper. Disappointment all round. Rushed down there this morning to get it exchanged for a pack with 2 but they didn't have any. They offered to refund my money on my Credit Card but when I got home I noticed that they had removed a £4 discount Voucher before refunding the money (I had spent £150 on the receipt before Christmas). If they had told me they were going to do that I would have bought food to the value of the slippers. The slip also said I had 'changed my mind' as the reason for return. It was because it was faulty not that. I'm not going back as its a 6 mile round trip and would cost me more in petrol. I'm really disappointed. Disappointed enough to put this on Facebook and tell all my friends.

Being open until 12a,m gives one the chance to shop anytime. Between 7p.m to 12a.m is the best time to shop Monday to Saturday as there are not many people about. If you are disabled then you can ask to use one of two disability scooters to make your shopping experience that much more comfortable and can pick the key up at the cigarette counter, just inside the main entrance to the right. If you have a clubcard then you can get some great savings on your favourite items. The staff are very helpful and attentive. They also have a reduced section where you can get goods at cut prices. All in all shopping here is a great experience.

I am changing from 5 stars to one because I have been giving a parking ticket for shopping here we spend around £300 a month at least in this store now I have to cough up another £125 for their partners in crime I have changed my store and yes I have appealed the ticket before I get a decision I have just received a debt recovery letter
