Ordered a product from Superdrug and chose the Caversham store for click and collect, thinking it would save me time. Big mistake. I walked 15-20 minutes each way, only to be told that they couldn?t find my order. Their solution? 'We'll give you a refund.' So now, I've wasted 40 minutes of my life on a pointless walk, and all I?ve gained is my own money back. Brilliant, Superdrug. Absolutely nailed it. If you?re looking to waste your time and get nothing in return, this is the place for you!
