Superdrug pharmacy manager in Reading, (Broad Street) very unprofessional, very rude, and somehow came a cross agrisive, doesn't know how to approach or talk to customers, I've been a customer for years, and because of him I will take my business elsewhere.
Superdrug has lost a very valuable customer, and I will make it known to everybody how badly I was treated. And I will ask them to stay away from that store

Ok so a member of your staff whom i know to be holly as it was boldly showing her name tag off has just come into.pierres where i was getting my lunch, she walked into the shop shouting at another girl who had obviously gone diwnstairs to avoid confrontation, continued shouting at the other members of staff, which is when the other girl came back up only to be sent back down again by the man that works there and thats when the superdrug employee made a ( what i think ) was a racial remark, i am deeply disturbed by the rudeness and shouting and hostility towards the other members of staff, its a disgrace that this girl does not seem to respect other people a d works for your company as she was representing superdrug proudly!!!! Well done pierres for the proffesionalism in dealing with the incident

I shop in your Broad Street Mall store regularly and just have to say I am thoroughly impressed by your promotions, offers but mostly your staff.
I shop mostly for my teenage daughter and son and usually have no clue what I'm looking for!
I mostly approach your manager/staff and they are always knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They don't just point me in the right direction....they accompany me there and offer advice.
Last time I was in, your Manager even helped carry my basket! ? That is not customer service you often see.
I hope you are proud of your Broad Street Mall team, they are the main reason I shop there.

I do like superdrug. I come here for my prescriptions. The pharmacists and staff members at the pharmacy are very professional and deal with your prescriptions as you come in, are never short staffed and if they are it never shows. Very polite and helpful. The staff within the superdrug store are also very helpful

Great ? quality products ultra budget value for stuff you would have to pay several times over or more. I joined the membership scheme and got some amazing looking body scrub and men?s deodorant from their own brands, staff a pleasure as always.
