I love this store, all of the staff are very friendly. I had Tahira to do my eyebrows and she is the most wonderful, lovely person and did them beautifully. Every time I come into this store it makes my day :)

Me and my 11 year old daughter went to the store today. We were looking for make up products. My daughter selected a blush and was just making sure that the one she selected was properly sealed and not opened, but the lady working there with a pink jacket suddenly snapped and said that "don't open it, it is not suppose to be opened", we explained to her that we were making sure that it is sealed but she was not in the mood to listen, looked really annoyed. She just took a look at us and assumed that we would do something like that, felt like she was profiling us because of our colour. Thankfully my daughter didn't pay much heed to it .
I felt she could have talked in a more calmer way, be it kids or anyone else.

I went in to buy some pimple patches and under the product it said 6.99 so I went up to buy it but the lady charged me 10.99. I was NOT happy.

I?ve always loved Superdrug as I?m local here but today there was a young lady at the perfume aisle till with the blonde hair and fake lashes didn?t see the name badge but she was quiet rude with us maybe she was pissed off with the earlier customers and she took her frustration on us , she should really learn how to deal in the customer line and she will get back what she gives ? next time if I she her and if she behaves the same she did today then I swear I will tell her off

I took in pill blister packs, which they recycle via a bin, next to the pharmacy.

Served by Holly this morning, she was pleased that i had acknowledged and said Hi to her this morning, she has a such a lovely personality i don't know why no one would start their day with a positive greeting with someone like Holly at the front counter. She definitely made my morning with her service and she is definitely one to have on the front counter at first point of service. Thanks Holly.... From Diaz
