Not their fault but the subway employee was too busy serving customers of the garage to take my order.was stood waiting for 10 minutes before I left, where were the garages staff?

Not happy with my experience. I?ve already excepted they will charge more for being a garage. I was not expecting that when I come in to use one of deal they rarely have on that they don?t have that offer on the system. Rather than trying to rectify the problem or actually help me they kept insisiting I pay full price. The lady dealing with it first was rude and not helpful. Then a male took over and he was even worse demanding I pay full price one more. I don?t know if Subway do not give them the support they need in store or just staff being incompetent regardless I?m doubtful I will ever go here again and I warn everyone else not to fall for an overpriced sandwich with minimal filling.

Staff is not very intelligent! Every time we go , there some issues. - ice cold coffee or coffee machine not working, missing cookie when you paid for , they don?t know how to apply coupon on the till.

It?s a nice little counter tucked away in a busy Esso fuel station. There is also a Gregg?s there. The location is good but let down by parking. There are several parking spots on the forecourt but it?s still busy and you need to go past the pumps somehow to get to them. Staff were friendly. The food was fresh and handled carefully before me. On my tenth visit at the time of writing.

Anita served me this afternoon, it was my first visit to this store, and she really did help to make the experience of shopping at Subway wonderful.\\n\\nFriendly and polite, but also very information as we was chatting about the Vegan and Meatless range and she took the time to recommend some it the menu to me, including the new Vegan Double Chocolate Cookie ?.\\n\\nIt is staff like Anita that can really make a company, thank you

Lovely staff, best subway I've been to. Will always go to this one despite 2 closer subways. They even remember my salad/sauce choices. That's real love.
