Probably the worst Subway I have ever visited. Very stingy on their salad and poor hygiene practices I.e. not changing gloves between meat and veg preparation. Poor English and general lack of customer service. Avoid.

I brought a one time refill cup i filled it with water my friend asked for a sip but the lady at the counter watching him proceeded to scold us and tell me the drink i payed for which was just water i couldnt share it with my friend safe to say im never going back.

I visited the shop on 13th April 2024 @5.30
1. very bad customer service : the girl who served was very rude to the customer, even if we asks something that girls was impatient and behaving like ignoring. No words like please or thank you
2. Food was really bad I brought tuna wrap and the wrap was too bad I think it?s out of date one and the potion size of tuna was not right. They are using cream scoop so it should be 3 scoop for one wrap they gave only 2 scoops and when I asked that girl was telling ?it?s like this?
3. One of my co customer was asking for refund she was behaving like asking him to get lost. After refund she not even mentioned a sorry.
Too bad experience. The staff was not wearing name plates otherwise I would have mentioned her name.
The store was clean and neat but the service is too bad no one will come back again sorry to say this.

Ordered delivery from here and it was disgusting. We ordered a VEGAN steak sub and they gave us a real steak sub which we had already taken a few bites out of. This is terrible and when I tried to call, they ignored me twice. All the other food was subpar and had gotten squished in the ride over. Don?t order from here, it is one of the worst subways we?ve ever had in our lives.
