Worst subway in Reading. Customer service is extremely poor. Staff are calling other staff over the phone to discuss discounts on the app while you are there as they have no idea what they are doing.They refuse to honour any app discount, then blame their system. I go to another subway in Reading and everything is accepted. Subway please train your staff appropriately or state on your website that this location does not accept app offers.

This subway is full of staff that are not very helpful. I tried using the subway app
But no one cared enough to explain how it works as it was not scanning. Also when trying to place my order they would mumble and not speak clearly with bad attitude. Will not be returning.

Very staff,I have been eating from this subway in the last two years never had an issue but this time he gave me a cold sandwich, when I made a complaint, he was blaming me that I?m laying to him. His name is saman. Very disappointed ??

If you would like value for your money please AVOID This Subway. Most stingiest subway I have ever been to. I have been to many subways they aren't this stingi in serving food. They will take a scoop of meet and put half of it back on to the container before putting it in your sub or salad bowl. The one on Wokingham Road is lot better and very generous generous. AVOID AVOID AVOID, NOT WORTH THE MONEY.
And most of the staff are from Nepali origin who I believe known to the owner where they don't like giving people value for their money. PLEASE READ OTHER COMMENTS YIU WILL GET IT.

If you are driving to this place you need to avoid this. it is just your box standard subway but you are sure to get a parking ticket as the private parking operates in the area use these shops as a lure to hand parking tickets. you must avoid parking around these areas. I have been to this locality twice and both time got parking tickets.

Subway at it's best is only ever mediocre but it's familiar and typically consistent across locations. This location is perhaps one of the worst I've been to. They skimp on toppings. Also on the second and final visit I made there, I got an Italian BMT which includes 3 types of meat. The person (whom I believe to be the manager) who prepared the bread, meat, and cheese for my sandwich only put two types of meat on it. When she handed the sandwich to the young lady who did the toppings, the second staff member asked why there was only two meats. The first lady shushed her and it immediately became clear that she was hoping I didn't notice. I spoke up and made it clear to the first lady that I had seen the entire exchange. I ended up getting a discount on the sandwich because they were out of whichever meat she had left off. If they had just said they were out, I wouldn't have been bothered but because they were dishonest and tried to hide it from me, they ensured I would never go back. My recommendation to management is to first, be honest, and second, stop skimping on toppings. Whatever small amount of money you save on toppings is insignificant to the amount of business you'd get if you just made good sandwiches with generous toppings.
