I visit there often as I live close by and they really need to change their staff in there. Whenever I go there, the staffs look with a bored face. I will have to repeat my order 4 or 5 times to the order taker.

I went there the first time they gave me enough cheese and second time they gave me one slice omly when the only thing else i got was tomato. i askes for extra they were laughing at me and very rude. horrible seevice and i will not be cominf gere anymore. youre not losing any money since all i got waa tomato, i basically just paid for plain bread since there was not enough tomato eiyther. horrible seevice literally paid for bread. was an indian and asian guy

I ordered 2 6" subs today and had the most entantilising experience ever at subway the server was so amazing taking my order with pride and also bringing the energy as i ordered 10/10 best subway in reading. i ordered at 7:50pm thank you !!

Popped here casually and I was pleasantly surprised with the service G and Danhu (sorry if I misspelled) provided. Extremely welcoming, helpful with our dietary choices, patient and the food was quickly ready and delicious.

Food is good but that?s to be expected with a place where you pick what you want. Staff are quiet and dull, look like they hate their jobs and the place is a mess.

This was my first time going to a Subway, and I was very drunk after having spent the evening at the bar next door. Anouar was very patient and understanding and put sweetcorn on my pizza slices which was great. The food was very tasty and just what I needed.

My friend and I went to subway after drinking at the bar next door and Anouar was extremely understanding and gave my friend extra sweetcorn. Highly recommend and again I am so sorry that he had to deal with us.

I visited this Subway today armed with a large order for over 13 people. The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough to help. They had it ready so quickly and labelled so the right sub found it's owner. They even gave me an extra bag to carry our delicious treats!! Thanks you are awesome!!

I've been visiting subway for many years now. Usually at the end of an evening. Anouar is usually my server and I always get a fantastic level of service. My dad and my wife also visited this restaurant and they have received fantastic service. 10/10

I've placed an order today via Uber Eats. Apart from the sandwiches being delicious (as usual) and delivered in no time, I had a lady from Subway (didn't catch her name) calling to check if I wanted my sandwiches toasted or not. This was excellent customer service and it was such a nice touch...was not expecting this.Thank you and keep up the good work.
