I don’t usually give feedback however the staff were the most unfriendliest, rudest people. "They were not busy; I was the only customer, yet the staff were uninterested in serving me at all. I asked for a napkin as the box was empty, and the staff smirked at me for asking. It literally spoiled my day.

Just ordered food here, but they got the order wrong and charged us for items we didn’t receive. Unfortunately, we were in a rush and didn’t notice until we were already on the train. Now we have one very upset daughter.

Tea is made in hot/boiling water, Not warm water! I returned the tea, but the staff just topped it up with more warm water; I left the tea/did not take it as I was going to be late for my train. It's absolutely terrible, it's ok to make mistakes, but it's not ok not to know how to correct them.
