Amazing experience with both baristas today - shout out to Vlada! Usually struggle finding places to have milkshakes/frappes due to allergies. The two staff members at this starbucks were so supportive, they washed the equipment, walked us through the allergy document and explained everything through and through! Rare to find such amazing service honestly great employees.

The man working this morning- very rude and casual attitude. I had asked for medium size coffee with no flavours. He has given me smallest size ever and taken £5 for that. Plus added caramel when I didn?t say anything about it. Very disappointed.

Worst Starbucks ever. I had a customer and today I discovered that there was an insect in my drink.

When not too busy, it took 15 minutes to make a coffee. Milk burned, terrible taste. FYI, when steaming milk, the barista needs to empty jug, rinse with water and use fresh cold milk for the next order. If the already steamed milk is re steamed?that?s definitely not a coffee.

I?m really disappointed with the behaviour of one of the staff jay he was totally rude and disrespectful and also don?t know the basics how to behave with customers either properly train them or replace them.Rest all of them were nice.
