Very disappointed!
Rude cashier the woman in glasses, she was provoking a fight over an invisible queue barrier.
This retailer has been one of my favourites, deserves better trained store assistants.

Had a problem with a product bought online, went to return it but they rejected the claim. Went on for weeks, despite getting advice from citizens advice. Their customer service is absolute rubbish, if you have a problem they are not interested. All they seem to care about is keeping you money. Buyer beware.

I walked into Sports Direct today 18th January.
I didn't know what to choose as l was looking for Ladies running shoes.
I went to find someone and this assistant was called Lucy. She was most accommodating. Her expertise and personality deserve much praise.
It was a pleasure to be served by lovely girl.

Very poor customer service, especially the lady at the cashier, very rude and impatient. Very disappointed! The management team really need to strengthen the staff training.

I entered the store on Monday evening looking for some football shoes for my son. The lovely blonde girl assisted me and offered her advice on shoes as I was struggling! Will be returning, thank you blondie!! :)

Just went in to buy a cap. Found what I wanted on sale at £19.99. Went to pay for it, and the cashier asked me 'cash or card'. I said card but then remembered I had £30.00 left from my recent trip to Scotland. So I said 'cash', and handed over 2 Scottish £10 notes. The cashier asked someone across the shop,' Do we take Scottish notes? I felt embarrassed, as if I was doing something wrong. The guy answered, 'no'. When he came closer, I challenged that decision, saying that he should know its legal tender. He then said I was getting aggressive. I realised where this was going, so I apologised, handed back the cap, and left. It's an insult to Scotland to have such an attitude. In Scotland, they accept English currency everywhere.

A fairly big retail outlet with a lot of stock, conveniently placed near J12 of M4 with a large parking area. Customer experience in the store is pretty lousy, disinterested staff, showing little inclination to help customers. I would recommend shopping online and only buying from here in an emergency.

My wife placed an order online. They cancelled it saying payment was not taken but it was taken and they refuse to help with the refund. We?ll never set foot in one of their stores or order again online.
