Junaid is the man! Junaid sorted my ears in under 2 minutes, completely pain-free ? The last place I went felt more like medieval torture chamber so I was expecting something similar!
Instead he made me feel comfortable and was quick and gentle, and I can finally hear again. If only all places were like this! Thank you Junaid!!!

I had an amazing experience at Specsavers Reading! The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and patient. They explained everything clearly and made me feel very comfortable during my eye test. The optometrist was thorough and attentive, and the whole process was smooth and efficient. I also appreciated the wide range of frames and the helpful advice when choosing the right pair for me. I would definitely recommend Specsavers Reading to my family and friends ? excellent service from start to finish

I have tried calling you twice now
I?m very unhappy with the treatment given to my mum?her appointment was for 4:45 on Saturday and she was 5 mins late?now I would understand if you do not have any grace period for being late but she was told you were closing off when your closing time is actually 5:30
Now she was apologetic for being late as she had to pick her prescription from boots
Everywhere gives at least 5 min grace period but the reason given to her seems absurd
What do you mean we just started packing up? Like 40 mins before close?
So someone doesn?t want to do their job and wants to checkout early
Ridiculous and extremely disappointing as I made her come to you instead of boots

I collected my glasses today and was very satisfied with the service that I received. Many thanks to the kind gentleman who was stationed at the door?I believe he was the store host, but I was unable to get his name unfortunately. He was professional and friendly when I first arrived, directing me to where I needed to go and assisting me with the collection of my glasses.
Zak, the optician, was extremely helpful throughout my eye tests. I had numerous questions, and he answered them all without rushing or sounding annoyed. He was lovely and wonderful throughout the entire eye test, expertly explaining my eye health. He addressed my needs and provided comprehensive discussion. We even had a pleasant chat regarding contact lenses, which was nice, and he provided the best service to suit my needs.
I suppose the only issue with the eye examination process was that I did not receive any messages or phone calls when my glasses were ready for collection and had to phone the store twice (not much, I must say). The first call was not particularly helpful, but the second time, Tonya was able to inform me of the status of my glasses and whether they were ready for collection. I thank her greatly for her kind assistance and efficiency with my request. It took two weeks to receive my glasses, which was acceptable.
Overall, thank you to Zak and the Specsavers team in Reading for ensuring that I had a wonderful experience throughout my eye appointment! :)
