I was talking to a friend of mine on the phone about something I had ordered from Amazon, The sales person spoke to me very rudely saying "You are standing inside our shop and talking about Amazon?". I have never been treated so badly by any store attendant in my life. Shame on you Smiggle for not training employees on how to deal with customers!!!

Very very worst customer service. A lady named Donna was very rude with the customers. She did not allow anyone to touch any products in the shop. Very poor customer service even though the products were good. Never recommend Reading smiggles to anyone ??

The goods and school supplies are very beautiful and distinctivethe prices are affordable for everyone...The treatment is somewhat good...Some of the workers in Reading are not flexible in dealing with them, especially when they return something...As for the other branches that I dealt with, they are very good and nice
